Phillip Shuford

Director of Missions
 
Brother Phillip has served as Tri-County’s Director of Missions since 2013. Originally from North Carolina, he has served as pastor, executive pastor, interim pastor, Minister of Education and worship leader in churches from North Carolina, Texas and Florida; and has served as Church and Communities Ministries Director and Church Development Director for two Baptist Associations.
He is passionate about pastors and churches. He and his wife have two school-age children and are members at First Baptist Church of Ozark.
 
 

Bob Long

Associate Director
of Missions
 
Brother Bob has lived in Christian County for most of his life, and has pastored churches in Tri-County for over 20 years, currently serving the Billings First Baptist Church as pastor. He has served as Tri-County’s president (moderator) for many years. He is a gifted pastor and strategic thinker. He and his wife live in Billings.
 
 

Debbie Hartwell

Ministry Assistant
 
 
Debbie has lived in Christian County for most of her life. She retired from Nixa Public Schools after 23 years of service. She and her husband Daniel are members of North Nixa Baptist Church and are involved in AWANA, sound and lighting and music ministries.  Their daughter works in Branson and their son attends Evangel University.
